"Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Also through Him, we have obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hipe of the glory of God.  And not only that, but we also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope.  This hope does not disappoint, because God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us."
Romans 5:1-5

In June 2010 I joined the FCA staff as an Area Representative in the Rio Grande Valley after graduating from Georgetown University.  I played football at Georgetown for 3 years as an offensive lineman.  Prior to that, I graduated from Rio Hondo High School where I played and captained both the football and basketball teams.  During my athletic career FCA has played a vital role in my life.  I was captain of huddles at Rio Hondo as well as Georgetown.  I have worked FCA camps across TX as well as camps in DC, VA, MD, and PA.  I look forward to what God will do this school year.  My area of responsibility is in Willacy and Western Cameron County (San Benito, Harlingen, Rio Hondo etc.)  The challenges of ministering to coaches and athletes is huge, but exciting.  God is amazing!
